Colleen provides direct billing to all medical insurance companies that allow assignment of benefits - if you see your provider listed above it's a good sign that Colleen should be able to direct bill for your appointment although all benefit plans are unique and may be subject to policies or restrictions that do not allow direct billing.

Don't see your provider above? No problem - simply pay for your appointment in person or electronically and Colleen will provide you with receipt you can submit for reimbursement.
